Registration Form for the USFWI Triennial July 1-4, 2010.

If you are planning to attend the USFWI Triennial held in Mombasa, Kenya in July of 2010, it is important that you fill out the registration form by March 30, 2010 and mail it, along with your check to Adis Beeson at 4305 Beeson Farm Road, Sophia, NC 27350. Final deadline with late fee is May 15, 2010. Information for Kenyan and African registrations and the cancellation policy are on the registration form.
